Solution:

The clients requirement to service his floating laboratory with cargo and to provide a visitor platform has been met by the provision of a small fixed dock, a mobile dock and a mobile cargo trolley. Powered winches operate the entire system so that the dock can be located at the wateredge regardless of the water level.  Gantries are used for transferring goods to and from the mobile trolley.
